A multi-function offline CI finishing platform that does multiple finishings in a single pass, with impecable accuracy.

With our state of the art technology, we're able to achieve:

- Non-stop registered (center to center) holographic effect non-stop with matte finishing at the end. This function requires customized registered Cast&Cure film.

- Simulated registered (Non-center to center) holographic effect with matte finishing at the end. This function does NOT require customized registered Cast&Cure film.



By adding a EB curing device at the end, we're able to alter regular PE to high functional PE, achieving single layer product

With our digital Cast&Cure system, we're allowing our clients to get amazing multiple effects without having to make/change plates, and our gripper system ensure the accurate registration.
