Q: “Curable coating” are often considered plastic, is it really sustainable?
A: Curable coating are NOT plastic, its protection properties are base on its chemical. And since we’re using considerably thin layer of coating, it’s

much easier to break down for simple recycling. So we’re casting curable coating into plastic film’s structure.

Q: What’s the difference between Liquid Film and Cast&Cure?

A:Cast&Cure only describes the mechanism of a PART of Liquid Film. As even though Cast&Cure is considered sustainable, but since its efficiency is not up for the challenge, and it doesn’t solve the problem with protection, its market value is low to irrelevant. As yet sustainable is important but if it’s not feasible in terms of cost and efficiency, it’s not really an option. So we’re bringing the best of Cast&Cure into the equation and developed a total solution for most market.

Q: Expanding to what market?

We can answer this question in different aspects: Material - Sheet or Material Ways of printing - UV or conventional ink Ways of processing - Inline or offline

And since we’ve solved the efficiency and cost problem, we can use it on the most cost/efficiency sensitive market there is, Tobacco and Pharmaceutical.
